The Owner, Eric, and staff were super nice and helpful going through new items on the menu.
The Smoked Meatball Sandwich with beans and side of onion rings, and side salad were fantastic.
The meatballs had a great flavor and were juicy. The sauce tangy with plenty of cheese, and the bread to keep it together.
The portions were huge for the price, which is better than other places in the area.
Definitely the 1st stop in town!
First off, this place is fantastic! I ordered the plate with tri tip and ribs. Juicy and full of flavor! When the server brought us our food, she apologized for the wait. 🤔 It took literally 3 minutes. On a Friday evening. I'd say that is excellent. But perhaps they have higher standards than that! 😆 If we lived in the area, this would be a frequent stop. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!
I had the wings, side, and cheesecake. The wings were awesome! Great smokey flavor and the bbq sauce on it didn't overdo the smokey yummy flavor. The side was the rainbow noodles and they were pretty good. I would add bacon to it personally, but that's just me. The cheesecake though was the best cheesecake I've ever had! Yes it had a light smoke to it, but it only added to the flavor. I think it was orange and pomegranate, and you'd think it wouldn't taste good, but what the hell. I tried it and it was a perfect, light end to the dinner. I am gonna go back to try other stuff. It's okay on the price, people just needs to realize good food doesn't come in a box. Oh and the waitstaff are really cool people. I had the good luck to go in after the dinner rush, and talk with some of them. They are really nice and down to earth.

There are a few things that make a bbq place great... and Cascade BBQ ticks most of those boxes. A great value, the ribs were smokey, saucy, juicy, and tender. The BBQ nachos were a fun twist and yummy. Mac and cheese is an American BBQ must have on the menu, but really difficult to get right. The tri-tip bites were great, but the mac was lack luster. Chicken is also an overlooked, and often miss treated BBQ meat, and theirs was dry, but still descent. One last important box is the sauce, and they serve a variety of them, all of which we liked. The space definitely has a sports bar type vibe without the bar. The staff were friendly, and helpful. Like other BBQ joints, this is an order at the counter first type place, so service isn't fully like a restaurant. All in all a good place to enjoy some classic American BBQ.
Great tasting nachos, good size too. The sliders were also tasty. Tri-tip was amazing. Beautiful day so we say outside, they have a large area and tent.
Great spot- plain and simple. The smoky smells and tastes are frankly divine. I tried the sliders with a protein selection as recommended by the staff and I couldn't be more pleased. The cucumber salad was a nice complement and reset my palate for each subsequent flavor. I could see how it could get really noisy during peak times but I'm digging it!
My first visit and they did NOT disappoint! The brisket sandwich and tri-tip burnt ends and cheddar sandwich, fries heavily seaoned not too salty, and onion rings were light and full of flavor.
